Code Of Conduct

At VIVACADE, we want every player to feel welcome, safe, and able to enjoy the games. This User Code of Conduct outlines the basic rules and expected behavior when using our platform, games, chat features, forums, leaderboards, friend system, and any other part of the service.
By playing on VIVACADE you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

1. Be Respectful and Kind

Treat other players, moderators, and staff with respect.
Do not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, dox, or send unwanted sexual/romantic messages.
Do not use racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, religious, ethnic, or other discriminatory language or slurs.
Avoid personal attacks, name-calling, or derogatory comments about someone’s appearance, identity, nationality, or background.

2. Keep Chat and Usernames Appropriate

No excessive swearing or graphic language in public areas (especially in games with many younger players).
Usernames, clan/guild names, clan tags, display names, profile bios, avatars, and custom content must not contain:
Hate speech or slurs
Pornographic / sexually explicit content
Extreme violence or gore
References to illegal drugs, weapons, terrorism
Impersonation of staff, celebrities, brands, or other players
Ads, spam links, cryptocurrency/NFT promotion, or commercial solicitations

3. No Cheating or Exploiting

Do not use cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, macros, scripts, modified clients, memory editors, or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage.
Do not exploit bugs/glitches to gain unfair rewards, duplicate items, crash servers, or disrupt gameplay.
Do not use multiple accounts to boost rankings, farm rewards, or evade punishments (“smurfing” in ranked modes is restricted in many games).

4. No Spam, Advertising, or Scams

Do not spam chat with repetitive messages, caps lock abuse, emoji floods, or meaningless text.
Do not advertise other games, websites, Discord servers, YouTube channels, social media, stores, or services without explicit permission from VIVACADE.
Do not post referral links, phishing links, scam offers, “free skins/currency” promises, or fake giveaways.
Do not attempt to trade, sell, or buy accounts, in-game items, or currency outside of official systems (if any exist).

5. Respect the Game and Other Players’ Experience

Do not intentionally ruin games for others (griefing, team-killing, feeding, deliberately losing, stream sniping in competitive modes).
Do not queue dodge repeatedly to avoid specific players or maps.
Do not use voice/text chat to backseat game, flame teammates, or spread toxicity after matches.

6. Respect Privacy and Personal Information

Do not ask for, share, or threaten to share anyone’s personal information (real name, address, phone number, school, workplace, etc.).
Do not record, screenshot, or share private conversations without all participants’ consent.

7. Age-Appropriate Behavior

VIVACADE is open to players 13+ (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
Content and behavior should be suitable for a mixed-age audience that includes teenagers.

8. Reporting & Consequences

Use the in-game Report button, mute/block features, or contact support when you see rule-breaking behavior.
False reporting or abusing the report system is not allowed.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in (depending on severity and history):

Warning
Temporary mute (chat/voice)
Temporary ban from specific games or features
Account suspension (hours to months)
Permanent account ban
Removal of in-game items, currency, ranks, or rewards obtained through rule-breaking
Reporting to authorities in cases involving threats, illegal content, or child safety concerns

We may take action even if behavior occurs outside the game but is directed at VIVACADE players or staff.

9. Appeals

If you believe an action taken against your account was a mistake, you can submit an appeal through the in-game support system or by emailing support@vivacade.com.
Provide your account ID, a description of the situation, and any relevant evidence.
Decisions are final, but we review appeals seriously.

10. A Positive Community Starts with You

We built VIVACADE so people can have fun, make friends, compete fairly, and relax.
Simple rule: If your behavior would make you uncomfortable if someone did it to you or your friends — don’t do it.
